The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are older but clean and bathrooms are fresh and renovated. There is a basics breakfast included with hot coffee to get your day started. It was a short drive to the University and downtown. The hotel is right off the interstate 40 but we didn’t hear traffic noises at all during our stay. Each staff member we interacted with had a smile in their face and they were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay here again.

This hotel has been freshly renovated and it is just wonderful! We traveled to visit family so our stay lasted a full week. During our stay, we were impressed with all of the improvements that have been made at this hotel. The room we had was extremely comfortable, the hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfasts each day were excellent. We've stayed at this particular LaQuinta for many years but this latest renovation addressed every issue that was needed and then some!

My mom and I came for a Tennessee football game. The staff were so friendly! My mother and I stayed in a king room and we really enjoyed the fact it had two tvs. We didn’t have to fight over what to watch lol. The football game shuttle was amazing and the pricing for drinks downstairs didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The free breakfast was great! The bathroom was really nice and had great light. It was also not noisy

I wanted a quiet, cool room. I got both. Hotel is well off the road. I heard no road noise. Breakfast had a decent selection. On Monday morning, their food supply was just arriving when I went to breakfast, so some items were running a bit late.

The bed was comfy. The facilities were clean. Breakfast was good and had lots of variety. Our room was really nice. There was a sofa bed that unfolded and refolded in the easiest way. There were 2 tvs although I didn't see that as necessary. The thermostat is on the wall and I prefer that. The room lighting was interesting. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in knoxville.

Last year the hotel was under renovation and I was disappointed everything was under construction. This year it was pleasant staying there. It is a perfect place to stay, perfect location. I hope they keep it up.

The breakfast is a “hot” one and standard for what you would expect a hotel breakfast to be - eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, hashbrowns, etc. The woman stocking it was excellent and kept it up well and the area clean. VERY easy on/off and safe location. Typical rooms for this chain. Definietly recommend it for an overnight stay on your way to your destination!

Staff was friendly & helpful! Even though the building was under renovation, everything was clean and neat. Room was good size & clean. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was always fresh! Pool was clean, good parking & close to so many things to do.
